Tulu Koota Kuwait organizes International Yoga Day Celebration and Garden Cleaning Programme

As part of its commitment to promoting health, wellness, and community service, Tulu Koota Kuwait, in association with the Embassy of India, Kuwait, organized a Yoga Session to commemorate International Yoga Day on Friday, 19th June at Salmiya Garden, Kuwait.

The programme commenced promptly at 6:00 a.m. with a yoga session conducted by Yogini Alaka Jitendra. The session included a series of yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, emphasizing the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle. Participants enthusiastically took part in the session and greatly benefited from the expert guidance and motivation provided by the instructor.

The programme was graced by the presence of Mr. Satishchandra Shetty, Convener, who addressed the gathering and shared inspiring thoughts on the significance of incorporating yoga into everyday life. He highlighted how regular yoga practice contributes to improved physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being, encouraging everyone to make yoga an integral part of their daily routine.

Following the yoga session, Tulu Koota Kuwait organized a Garden Cleaning Programme as part of its environmental awareness and community service initiatives. The programme was actively executed by the Association's Committee Members, who voluntarily participated in cleaning and maintaining the garden premises. The initiative reflected the Association's dedication to environmental conservation, civic responsibility, and the promotion of a clean and healthy public environment.

Refreshments were generously arranged by Sangeetha Restaurant, Salmiya, and were served to all participants after the successful completion of the programme.

At the conclusion of the event, the dynamic President of Tulu Koota Kuwait, Mr. Vijay Kumar Kairangala, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Embassy of India, Kuwait, Yogini Alaka Jitendra, Mr. Satischandra Shetty, all committee members, volunteers, participants, and Sangeetha Restaurant, Salmiya for their valuable support, enthusiastic participation, and contribution towards the success of the programme. He thanked everyone for their presence and encouraged continued participation in the Association's future community initiatives.
